About Our Products
We make every effort to display our products, colours, fabrics, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and the nature of fabrics.
As our products are made using natural and handcrafted fabrics, minor variations in texture, weave, colour, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice. In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided by you.
Please ensure that your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address are accurate. Mirielle Studio will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in cases including suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfil the order.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payments made through our website are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your complete credit or debit card details on our servers.
An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully received and the order confirmation has been generated.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its associated courier partners.
We aim to dispatch orders within [3–4 working days] of receiving the order. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier's network and operational timelines.
Tracking details will be provided to the customer once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Address & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
No Return Policy
All our products undergo a quality check before being packed and shipped. Therefore, Mirielle Studio follows a No Return Policy.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or minor variations that are inherent to the fabric or manufacturing process.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photographs and relevant order details. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Thread pulls, minor colour variations, natural fabric irregularities, and colour bleeding that may occur with certain fabrics are not considered manufacturing defects.
Product Queries & Clarifications
Customers are encouraged to clarify any questions regarding colour, fabric, texture, fit, size, length, or other product details before placing an order. You can click on the WhatsApp buttons available on our website to chat with us and get any doubts or clarifications addressed before making your purchase.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, size charts, fabric details, and care instructions before placing an order.
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before selecting a size.
