At Mirielle Studio, every garment is carefully checked through our quality-control process before it is packed and shipped. We therefore follow a No Return Policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Colour preference
Fit preference
Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, or finish that are natural to the fabric
Normal characteristics of handloom, hand-dyed, or natural fabrics
We encourage you to check the size guide, product details, fabric information, and measurements carefully before placing your order.
You can also click on the WhatsApp buttons on our website to chat with us and clarify any questions regarding the colour, fabric, size, fit, length, or other product details before placing your order.
Exchanges
An exchange may be considered only if:
You have received a wrong product, or
The product has a manufacturing defect or significant damage that was not present before dispatch.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.
Please provide your order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product qualifies for an exchange.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused and unworn.
The original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
The product must not have been washed, altered, damaged, or used in any way.
The exchange request must be approved by Mirielle Studio before the product is sent back.
Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable Issues
The following are not considered defects and will not qualify for an exchange:
Slight colour differences due to photography, lighting, or individual screen settings.
Natural variations in fabric texture, weave, or colour.
Minor thread variations or pulls that are characteristic of certain fabrics.
Colour bleeding in fabrics where bleeding is mentioned as part of the care instructions.
Shrinkage resulting from incorrect washing or care.
Differences arising from selecting the wrong size.
Exchange Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.
Depending on the nature of the issue, Mirielle Studio may arrange the return and replacement of the product. Replacement is subject to product availability.
If the same product or size is unavailable, we will communicate the available options.
Refunds
As we follow a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, size selection, fit preference, or other reasons not covered under our exchange policy.
If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, it will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.
